“When a blanket is no longer just a blanket!”
I had the pleasure of seeing this foundation in action the other day. AWESOMENESS! They provide quality handmade blankets as a gift of comfort and warmth to individuals in their time of illness and hardship. This is a 100 percent volunteer, non profit charity. I am signing up to volunteer and sew some blankets ASAP. You can even make memorial blankets. I would love to make up a bunch in memory of my dear friend Andre. He loved kids and this charity focuses mainly on kids with illnesses. I wanted to share in case you know someone in need or you yourself would like to volunteer 🙂
